BDC Manager

Nalley Nissan Atlanta, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 86 stores and 104 franchises, is currently looking for a Business Development Center Manager!

This person will supervise BDC Representatives, contact, survey, cultivate and set sales appointments with customers. To record all customer leads, notations and comments by using the CRM software. Be fully knowledgeable of all products and services offered. Be knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options. Understand local competitors, be prepared to compete with them. Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings. Maintain a neat and professional appearance of yourself and work areas.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

* Ability to lead a team and to support fellow associates.

* Generate sales appointments. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly goals (close ratio, appointment setting, calls/emails per day, etc.)

* Respond immediately to incoming sales calls, Internet leads and chats.

* Be highly productive – outbound telephone calls, emails sent, etc.

* Effectively utilize CRM software, telephone systems and other tools.

* Enter all data regarding customer communications into CRM immediately.

* Engage customers via Best Practice call guides, email templates and other tools.

* Maintain the highest levels of communications with customers – be proficient and professional.

* Ability to work in a stationary Business Development Center area.

* Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and accuracy.

* Ability to follow administrative regulations, procedures and policies.

* Assist with the completion of appropriate forms and reports that are not considered essential functions.

* Compile all necessary reports on a timely basis.

* Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of yourself and work areas.

* Follow behavioral expectations consistent with the Dealership's visions and values.

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

* Be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.

* Be knowledgeable about sales process, business philosophy and products.

* At least 1 year prior experience as BDC Manager preferred, 2+ years as BDC Representative required
