We're looking for a dynamic Associate to join our stellar Strategy & Client Services team, where you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of valuable clients while supporting account teams to provide effective recruitment marketing strategies and technology solutions that uniquely connect talent to brands. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, effective communicator with real digital savvy, who knows how to support the complexity of our clients' needs – and the complexity of our business.

Summary

As a member of our Strategy & Client Services team, you will:

* Work with senior account leads on overall day-to-day account support.

* Effectively and efficiently manage insertion orders, direct media and analytics team to implement media campaigns, and create/manage media tracking. Test and monitor tracking regularly.

* Build rewarding relationships with clients, practice teams, and internal team members.

* Participate in discussions with clients relative to specific projects, including campaign goals, target audiences, KPIs, outcomes, and next steps.

* Collaborate with cross-functional resources to manage a wide range of marketing tactics including career websites and landing pages, digital and traditional media, all forms of content marketing, CRM, and analytics.

* Analyze, respond, and react to performance data/metrics surrounding channel strategies, talent community growth and behavior, and Candidate Relationship Marketing (CRM) tool user performance, to enhance and improve client presence.

* Continuously look for opportunities to optimize clients' strategies.

Requirements

* Creative/digital project support, account management/support, client interaction and/or marketing experience; Agency or marketing technology experience preferred.

* Prior experience working in a retail environment with understanding of how store managers hire in retail is a huge plus.

* Ability to understand and identify client issues/challenges to assist senior account staff to formulate, execute, and optimize strategies and solutions.

* Base knowledge of digital media tracking / ROI data reporting & analysis. Experience working with a CRM solution is a plus.

* Ability to read, analyze and take action on relevant performance data.

* Curious, self-directed attitude with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities in order to meet client expectations and deadlines.

* Strong written and verbal communication.

* Experience working with JIRA and/or Salesforce is a plus.
