The Spa Concierge will exceed expectations by demonstrating five star, professional customer service through adherence of the employee policies and operating procedures.


  • Greet guests and explain the process of the spa experience by knowing service protocols. Answer guest questions in a professional, upbeat manner!
  • Apply professional knowledge and creativity to the work environment.
  • Provide an excellent experience to our guest by providing 5 Star Service!
  • Educate the guest about home care products and make recommendations based on the individual needs of the guest.

Candidate will be comfortable with:

  • Scheduling Guest Reservations in Point of Sale Computer System
  • Greeting & Checking in Guest
  • Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive guest Opportunities
  • Retail Sales
  • Cash Handling and Register Procedures
  • Ability to multitask the above-mentioned responsibilities
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time


  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email communications
  • Able to work weekends, holidays and nights.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
