Job Description

CACI is looking for a SharePoint Developer ideally with Agile Scrum delivery skills to work on the RCAS Program in Reston, VA. CACI supports the program across a broad range of systems and software technologies. The SharePoint Developer will work on a SharePoint development team to develop SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2016 portals for the RCA program.

Functional Responsibility:

Serves as an Agile Scrum Team member, developing SharePoint 2013 and 2016 portal solutions for users who regularly access the website and utilize it as a major source for information and decision-making. Responsible for activities associated with the development of customized solutions that automate and optimizes process execution on the RCA program and provide uses with real-time analysis data.

Basic responsibilities include:

* Working with customers, users and stakeholders to document business processes and requirements.

* Designing creative and innovative approaches to building robust SharePoint capabilities that facilitate collaboration and automate and streamline program processes.

* Developing, documenting and supporting custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using industry best practices.

* Translating business processes and requirements into implementable design.

* Implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2013 web-based solutions.

* Implementing automated workflows to automate manual processes on the program.

* Providing ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint portal.

* Responding to escalated service desk tickets; troubleshooting and debugging any issues on the portal.

Minimum required:

* Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance.

* College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.

* Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience developing SharePoint portals (Microsoft SharePoint 2013 & 2010) and related technologies.

* Hands-on experience with Web/SharePoint architecture design, Site Branding & Navigation

* Experience working with published web pages with web parts.

* Extensive experience defining complex custom lists and working with web-enabled InfoPath forms in SharePoint.

* Extensive experience writing customized SharePoint 2010 and 2013 workflows

* Experience building Excel pivot charts and working with Excel Web Access web parts.

* Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML).

* Experience working effectively in and fostering highly collaborative, team-oriented environments.

* Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility.

* Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

* Ability to write and execute test procedures.

* Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public presentations and conducting user training.

* Comfortable working with customers to document business processes and requirements.

Desired:

* Familiar with Agile methodology.

* SharePoint 2013, 2016 applications deployment.

* SharePoint 2013, 2016 server administration

* Microsoft Technical Certifications

* Knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET framework, and Visual Studio (Visual C#, Visual Basic).

* Experience using Web Services in a SharePoint environment (i.e. connecting to third party web services to retrieve data).
