The Inside Sales (Marketing) Coordinator will support both engineering and architecture within our Buildings & Infrastructure Mid-Atlantic practice in Arlington, VA. The selected candidate will work with sales and operations staff to prepare high-quality sales documents and materials. This is a dynamic position that requires flexibility and the ability to shift priorities frequently, while maintaining attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and achieving high quality standards. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, function effectively under strict production deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and be able to manage time efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while demonstrating an energetic 'can do' attitude.

Jacobs seeks a dedicated Inside Sales (Marketing) Coordinator to support strategic federal and/or state and local buildings and infrastructure design and program/construction management proposal efforts in the Mid-Atlantic Region (primarily focused on Virginia, DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania).

Job locations include: Federal openings in Arlington, VA and State & Local openings in Arlington, VA; Philadelphia, PA; and Baltimore, MD

Requirements:

* Junior position with 5-7 years of A/E/C proposal development or applicable operations/management experience.

* Bachelor's degree with major such as Business, Marketing, Communications, A/E/CM, or equivalent.

* Must possess above-average communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

* Candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to set priorities and collaboratively lead.

* Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint, required.

* Experience with complete Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint, preferred.

* Understanding of Federal proposals including familiarity with SF 330 and/or DC/MC/VA/PA state/local infrastructure or buildings design and construction.

* Travel within region approximately 15% of the time.

* Flexibility to work occasionally after hours and on weekends to meet deadlines.

* U.S. Citizenship required.

* Responsible for appropriate application of Jacobs' sales work process, tools, and templates.

* Support the preparation, including writing and editing, of sales documents, such as proposals, qualifications packages, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

* Develop high-quality, opportunity-specific response documents with competitive and compelling sales messages to satisfy client business goals.

* Proofread and edit both technical and non-technical documents for accuracy, consistency, and request for proposal (RFP) compliance.

* Leverage our global network to identify and put forward Jacobs' unique capabilities and resources.

* Organize and participate in response-related meetings (internal and/or client).

* Manage a database and correlate information for marketing and inside sales materials.

* Handle production functions including graphics, binding, finishing, and shipping of documents.

* Conduct client, competitor, and market research and analysis.

* Perform special projects and other reasonable business-related duties.

* Support Sales and Operations in key Opening Game activities, e.g. client, competitor and market research, development of documented Core Client Strategies, participation in 10:1s, development of Executive Summaries and White Papers.

* Actively work with sales and operations to develop and implement Middle Game action plan, e.g. document due diligence in project brief, develop win plan, SWOT analysis, and Executive Summary, conduct Go/No Go and strategy review, identify execution team.

* Develop and maintain qualifications materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, capability statements, etc. Specifically work with Operations to capture and develop performance proofs and client testimonials.

* Share sales materials, information, knowledge and best practices with global Inside Sales team members company wide.

* Ensure that all sales documents comply with our Corporate Identity Program and client confidentiality requirements.

* Support Global Sales by timely preparation of press releases, providing input to the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Award Submittals, and other Global Sales initiatives as appropriate
