Cash Management Services Project Manager

Overview

The Cash Management Services Project Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes and controls for company initiatives affecting Cash Management Services. This team member will also be responsible for research, analysis and the preparation of reports to assist management in making strategic and operational decisions. This team member will serve as a lead for projects and oversee testing. In addition, the team member will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Cash Management Services team.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES

* Serve as department lead for projects including development, requirements gathering, coordinating testing, training and implementation.

* Develop and implement policies and processes, establish procedures and implement controls for new initiatives.

* Maintain a thorough understanding of data, information resources, and processes.

* Perform research and analysis to assist in decision making for company initiatives.

* Design and maintain reports for management.

* Contribute to planning and successful execution of company initiatives.

* Oversee staff to ensure processing requirements are met, ensuring maximum productivity while maintaining quality service standards.

* Develop effective relationships with other departments to better understand their operations, strategies and service expectations.

* Maintain an understanding of applicable products, business systems and industry requirements.

* Develop new teams within Cash Management Services as company initiatives requires.

Qualifications

Knowledge

* Basic knowledge of corporate banking

* Advanced knowledge of corporate banking

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Knowledge of Oracle

* Advanced knowledge of Oracle

* Advanced knowledge of Excel

* Good knowledge of Excel

* Intermediate SQL Query experience

* Advanced SQL Query experience

* Intermediate knowledge of investment strategy, both long and short-term

* Advanced knowledge of investment strategy, both long and short-term

* Working knowledge of project management to implement processes and procedures

* Knowledge of financial analysis and cash management

* Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and cash management

* Exposure to consumer lending, commercial lending, leasing, or corporate banking

* Advanced knowledge of leasing as it relates to consumer and commercial installment contracts

* Knowledge of leasing as it relates to consumer and commercial installment contracts

* Working knowledge of liability and physical damage insurance for automobiles

* Demonstrated experience with Treasury Workstations

* Working knowledge of the accounts receivable process

* Basic knowledge of credit and debit processing in finance or banking environment

* Advanced knowledge of credit and debit processing in finance or banking environment

Education

* Bachelor's Degree Finance preferred

* 5-7 Years Consumer Lending Industry Required

Work Condition
