SUMMARY: Perform scanning and indexing of Loan and Deposit documents into the Director system.

Schedule is 20-28 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

* Utilize sales training skills to provide outstanding customer service.

* Scan and index all loan documentation to Director.

* Sweep, scan, and index deposit and portfolio information to Director.

* Scan and track all financial information in Director.

* Scan and index recorded mortgages and final title work into Director.

* Import secondary market documents into Director.

* Scan partial mortgage releases, paid off note information, released collateral, and payoff quotes into Director.

* Assist internal customers to obtain information from files that have been scanned to Director.

* Pull information from Director for attorneys, auditors, examiners, and internal personnel as requested.

* Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulations that apply to position.


* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

This Person will have the ability to:

* Work Monday – Friday, generally and an occasional Saturday with a day off and / or occasional extended hours as needed to accommodate the flow of business.
