The Office Assistant represents the practice in a courteous and efficient manner by answering and making necessary telephone calls, scheduling appointments and receiving patients. Use of our electronic medical records system is required. The Office Assistant is often the first person to communicate with the patient and must reflect the professionalism and caring nature of the practice in all interactions with the patient. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting exceptional customer service skills at all times is required. One year of previous medical office experience and working with Electronic Medical Records are required.
