CSR / Backup Dispatcher

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Service / Backup Dispatcher to join our team. This position provides assistance with prioritizing and coordinating all Communications Center activities along with any other office duties needed. The ideal candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment.

Job Title: Customer Service / Backup Dispatcher

Position Summary: Answer all incoming calls and ssist with maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Assist with all office duties including supplies and parts ordering, mail processing, and permitting.

Work Hours: 7:00am 4:00pm, some weekends and evenings

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or its equivalent

* Advanced customer service skills

* Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

* Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

* Knowledge of hvac industry is recommended but not required

* Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills, including internet usage

* Two years previous dispatching, crew scheduling

* QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook required
