We are currently partnering with a national aerospace and defense client is looking for a Contracts Administrator person (junior level contracts person)

Job description:

Data release & filing – Distribution of Contract Work Authorizations (CWAs) to internal business partners; Input contract requirements into company database; data recording of proposal and contract documents on company Document Approval System (DAS); organization of current files and proper disposal of aging files.

Performance Tracking - Proposal & contract performance; invoice submittal and accounts receivable; contract clause acceptability; .

*Must have ability to interface with customers and internal business partners regarding all contract administration activities.

Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information. Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines. Works to input contract data into business operation software. May lead to permanent position.
