The Global Resource Systems undergraduate program in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Iowa State University invites applications for full-time, 9-month, non-tenure-track faculty position.

The position of Senior Lecturer in Global Resource Systems (GRS) has 100% teaching and advising responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to the undergraduate programs of the GRS major, primarily teaching courses, mentoring undergraduate students, advising prospective interns and providing supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of interns during and after their internship experience.

The successful applicant will assist in Global Resource Systems student recruitment and retention activities and in additional undergraduate programs such as learning communities and service learning projects assigned by the Faculty Coordinator.

Expectations include that the successful candidate will work effectively with undergraduate students majoring in Global Resource Systems and will join an interdisciplinary team of global resource systems faculty and staff at Iowa State University. Position will represent the GRS major on college committees.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated evidence of effective communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
