Job Description

Responsible for coordinating administrative activities in a timely manner during assigned shift. This includes organizing and adjusting schedules for hourly employees, reviewing, adjusting, and entering information into appropriate computer programs including information for payroll, assigning and communicating employee schedules and overtime, proper handling and routing of incoming telephone calls, working with employees in a respectful , professional and helpful manner, signing in visitors and providing appropriate information, maintaining employee files, compiling employee information and reports and other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Good computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Kronos and other in house programs.

Good customer service skills

Ability to multi-task

Good problem solving and reasoning skills

Previous experience in an office setting is highly desirable

Must be able to work all shifts and weekends – Days 8:00 – 4:30pm, Swing 4:00 -12:30am, Graveyard 12:00am -8:30am
