Product Management Position Opening

CSI's Product Management department has an opening for an Implementation Specialist in our Paducah, KY, Valparaiso, IN or Amarillo, TX office.

DESCRIPTION

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading successful implementations of various retail banking products. The specialist engages directly with the client from the project kickoff through go-live as well as internal product and systems teams. The specialist may also be asked to assist in ongoing customer and product support as needed.

This is a fast paced position requires flexibility. The specialist needs to have the ability to listen and understand the client's business problems and opportunities. This will allow them to provide direction to the clients to achieve their objectives and success.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build and utilize a knowledge base of the assigned products.

* Understand the project scope including CSI responsibilities and the client responsibilities for the implementation.

* Understanding when to escalate requests outside of scope or specified responsibilities to the specialist's supervisor

* Promptly communicate progress and any potential problems to specialist's supervisor for awareness and/or resolution

* Provide the client with thorough overviews, workshops and knowledge of the applications. This includes training of the client's internal training department (train-the-trainer) on functionality

* Support the customer through user acceptance testing, implementations, go-live and post go-live including tracking and ensuring correction of any defects found.

* Conduct internal and external demonstrations.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION:

* Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science and/or related field required or equivalent work experience may be substituted.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

* 3+ years of direct customer/client project or support involvement

* Experience in Customer Service with knowledge of Banking preferred

* Knowledge of various technologies, including but not limited to CRM technology, HTML, Microsoft Office Products, SQL and data structures

* Ability to balance workload of multiple projects as necessary

* Excellent communication skills including written and verbal

* Active listening skills to understand what people say and document those statements

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Creative problem solving skills.

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
