Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking Spare Parts Logistics Manager in Alpharetta, GA. This role is responsible to formally design and implement a spare parts logistics network for the USA and Canada.

* Inbound and Outbound Transportation Program Development

* Inbound from suppliers

* Direct delivery to Field Mechanics via UPS drop boxes or Amazon lockers or other ways

* Preventative maintenance parts delivery program

* Implementation of New Central Spares Warehouse

* Barcoding, warehouse management system (WMS) implementation, process documenting etc.

* New Warehouse Systems and Processes Definition and Training

* Downstream Rapid Deployment Center Network Assessment ( Same Day Select Spare Parts Deliveries to All Branches / Mechanics)

* Determine quantity needed and locations

* Insource or outsource analysis

* End to End Reverse Logistics Process Design

Your profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

* 7 to 10 Years' experience in logistics (Warehousing and Transport)

* High independence and motivation

* Superior analytical /financial skills, strong organizational /communication skills and excellent Project Management skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Software - especially Excel and PowerPoint

* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Internal/External Resources

* Solid software experience – Oracle and or SAP plus atleast 1 Warehouse Management Software
