Sales Administrative Assistant

Our client, a growing construction company has a need for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support Project Managers with accounting and administrative duties on various projects.

Duties include:

  • Managing Meetings using an agenda, taking notes, keeping everybody on-topic, setting action items and tabled conversations, scheduling and ensuring attendance for the as needed meetings, etc.
  • Coordinating the CRM software
  • Work with the Pre-Construction Coordinator
  • Coordinate all project information prior to the handoff to Production this includes a project checklist and project book we need it clean and complete as possible before it gets to Production
  • Maintaining project information within the software keeping the data up to date and accurate
  • Maintaining the job/project folders (on the cloud) keeping these organized, current, and up to date as well
  • Coordinate the closeout of projects
