We are seeking a Client Payroll Specialist who will ensure accurate reporting to our Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide clients through detailed payroll reporting, calculations and audits.

Principal/Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Serves as the primary contact for assigned clients from a reporting and payroll perspective

* Provides customer service support to internal and external clients

* Reviews and audits all entered expenses

* Assists in entry and voucher updating as needed

* Maintains and updates applicable process, client and implementation documentation as needed

* Responsible for providing payroll and/or reporting for GRSW clients

* Prepares payroll tax calculations and provides payroll data to clients

* Assists team with expense processing as needed

* Provides additional support as needed on all engagements

This position can be located in Alpharetta, GA or Denver, CO office locations.

Required Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and numerical data. Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Required Experience

Education:Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred. Five (5) years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.Knowledge/ Experience:Three (3) years of relevant experience Licenses/Certifications/ Specialized Training:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Equus software knowledge preferred (ReloAdvantage or GROW)
