CyberArk Implementation and Operations Lead

Experian is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Privileged Access Management Implementationand Support lead to join our Global Security IAM Engineering team in the Dallas,TX area to support the build out of our Enterprise PAM platform and to begin anexciting and rewarding career within Experian's Global Security Office.

The CyberArk Implementation lead will be responsible for implementing andintegrating Privileged Access Management capabilities using CyberArk for allExperian critical assets. The candidate will need to have worked extensivelywith CyberArk and will work closely with a cross functional team of solutionarchitects, testers, training teams and professional services vendor to ensurea successful design and deployment of the new capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to:

* Installing andconfiguring CyberArk in the development, testing and production environments incollaboration with professional services implementation team

* Drive adoption ofCyberArk services across our IT landscape and maximize the security of privilegedcredentials

* Act as an escalationpoint for CyberArk issues from our internal customers, escalate to seniorengineers or vendor as needed

* Create technicaldocuments, drawings, how-to guides and other deliverables

* Adhere to securitybest practices and comply with government standards

* Analyze missionrequirements and make recommendations

* Develop securearchitecture designs based on security regulations

* Communicate andpresent recommendations to senior engineers or managers in written and oralformat

* Maintain knowledge ofsecurity regulations, best practices, countermeasures, compliance standards,and current threats

* Bachelor's degreepreferred and 5 years experience in IT or Cyber Programs.

* Two plus yearsexperience in CyberArk - Privileged Account/Access Management or similarproducts/technologies: Lieberman RED Identity Management/RPM, BeyondTrust PowerBroker, Thycotic, etc

* Experience witharchitecting, implementing and operating CyberArk - Privileged Account/AccessManagement services in large enterprises

* Ability to propose andimplement creative solutions around security CyberArk - PrivilegedAccount/Access Management

* Cross-functional understandingof CyberArk - Privileged Account/Access Management operations, securitypractices and the user experience

* Experience balancingthe demands of multiple internal customers simultaneously

* Exceptional customerfocus and disposition for action

* Candidates must haveexcellent oral and written communication skills

* Ability to managemultiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environments

* CISSP Certificationpreferred, but not required.
