The Senior Benefits Program Specialist (Trainer) develops and delivers benefit programs training to new and existing staff on Virginia Case Management System, SNAP, Medical Assistance, and other staff development initiatives. Develops and implements evaluative tools to assess knowledge gaps and the effectiveness of training; maintains a caseload of special and family/relative cases, which require a high level of confidentiality.
