Your Mission @Musement

The Trade & Co-Marketing Specialist will improve business results in terms of margin generated by TUI B2B channels on both TUI destination and Musement activities. Besides, he/she will support Co-Marketing activities on TUI source market.

WHAT you will do


  • Activate TUI B2B channels (platform, newsletter, magazines, intranet, offline materials, goodies, events, etc

  • Execute incentive programs and promotions for Travel Agencies

  • Provide marketing assistance to sales team

  • Liaise between source markets (distribution) and acquisition (supply) requests

  • Operationally manage co-marketing initiatives (e.g. consumer promos, products for loyalty and affiliation programs, offline gift card providers, etc.) from contracts to mutual communications, working both on visual and copy, besides tech integration from the marketing point of view

  • Definition of online/offline materials

  • Provide data to help in decision making for better targeting and partnership developments

HOW


  • Master Degree in Marketing or similar

  • 3+ years of previous experience in similar roles

  • English or German native

  • Proficient in English (if German)

  • Intermediate in German (if English)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Highly analytical profile

  • Nice to have: Italian

  • Attention to details
