Sr. HR Specialist, Contact Center

The primary purpose of the role is to provide Human Resources support to the Human Resources Business Partners Directors (HRBPs) and Field Operations leadership team as it relates to the implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives for Lowe's. This includes responsibility for supporting all Lowe's field divisions (North, South West), and functional HRBPs. This role must manage HR programs by developing project plans and delivering HR services that support HR strategies and objectives including but not limited to talent planning, leadership development, and performance management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Communicates regularly and builds productive partnerships across HR and client groups, in support of HR initiatives and programs.

* Attend weekly planning meetings and action planning sessions; leads specific project components of HR programs and initiatives; prepares materials, project plans and timelines to help HR Directors facilitate discussion and enable decision-making.

* Creates, develops and deploys HR engagement strategies and road-maps under direction from the HR Directors.

* Crafts communications plans and facilitates awareness of HR programs and initiatives to inform stakeholders.

* Supports talent and succession planning for field operations line of business.

* Provides regular workforce & people strategy reporting and analysis; identifies trends, issues and escalates as needed.

* Support all on-boarding and off-boarding of field HR employees (i.e. systems access, equipment).

* Processes HR transactions to support business needs and keep accurate data and records (personal data changes and other general HR transactions).

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.

* 3 - 5 years of experience in HR or related work.

* Experience with Microsoft Office.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

* Experience in the field- multi-unit operations or business functional area.

* Bi-lingual preferred; fluent in a language, in addition to English.

* Excellent communication skills to include writing.

* Good organizational skills.

* Experience problem solving and managing multiple tasks.
