JOB OVERVIEW

• Physical Therapist (PT) needed
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Location: Albany-Corvallis area
• Start: March 15, 2021
• Schedule: 30 hours per week guaranteed; Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Setting: Home Health

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health
• Experience with Home Care Home Base software
• Current OR state license or compact state license to practice physical therapy
