The primary purpose of this position is to execute and deliverPRUSAs brand strategy designed for the New York Market. The position will beresponsible for owning and driving the account level marketing plan,promotional activity, and influence pricing and account programs and KPIs. TheREM will oversee and control the KPI information in their set list of accountsthrough Go Spot Check Surveys. Thisposition requires close work with the SGWS Pearl sales force and ALD trademarketing team to take the marketing plans and initiatives to retail, off/ontrade. This role is designed to execute and deliver visibility plans and bringmarketing plans to life at the Last 3 Feet.
Performing account visits with frequencyoutlined by manager for the top accounts in the marketplace with the goal ofimproving portfolio visibility and brand message at the point of purchase.
Usethe marketing resources (POS) provided from PRUSA and SGWS Trade Marketing todeploy within their account universe and increase Pernod Ricards Portfolioposition within their set accounts.
CommunicateDigital and E-commerce information, programs and assets to the account providedby PRUSA and SGWS Digital Team.
Workswith sales team to ensure proper knowledge off PRUSA brands and marketingactivity for their accounts.
Executemonthly pricing and retail execution surveys via Go Spot Check platform
Expectedto be brand experts on Pernod Ricard portfolio to provide information andfacts to sales team and trade.
UseSGWS data and analytics tools to provide insight and trends to accounts on thePernod Ricard portfolio
Conductstaff trainings and consumer samplings for key accounts during occasion-basedperiods.
Workand collaborate on market blitz activity to ensure high speed of execution.
Workswithin budget parameters and deploy resources and activity for territory(tastings, POS, entertainment etc.)
Workwith state leaders on pricing & promotional budgets to support programming
Influencethe planning process by providing weekly market and account activity feedback.
Conductaccount audits and provide feedback to sales team for opportunities andinformation.
BachelorsDegree and 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality and/or industryexperience.
Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite
Strongorganization, multi-tasking and time management skills
Mustbe at least 21 years of age
Valid state motor vehicleoperators license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insuranceby State laws
Strongcommunication skills written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation ofstrong working relationships
Knowledgeof other MS Office Suite and/or software applications related to job functions
Excellentinterpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problemmanagement, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills
Knowledgein Merchandising/Routing, Sales Experience Restaurant/Bartending/HospitalitySkills Wine/Industry (including a basic understanding of distribution, winevarietals, and leading spirit categories).
Excellentnumber and data analysis skills, using spreadsheets and computer modelling.
