Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the administration of personnel, fiscal, or other related operational activity; Associate's degree and five years of such experience; OR seven years of such experience. At least one year of experience must have included supervision of staff and/or program management. A Master's degree may substitute for one year of general experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with contract review, compliance with applicable regulations, request for proposals, and compiling project reports.


The incumbent reports to the Director of the Grants Management Bureau and will oversee the development, execution, reimbursement and monitoring of assigned grant contracts. The incumbent is also responsible for grant program coordination, supervision of staff and other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment

This position will require occasional travel, up to 25%.
