Responsible for providing operational and admin support for PC2/Payment Innovation implementation and ongoing maintenance. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides support for assigned provider contracts. Obtains and analyzes quality metrics, creates reports, and assists in identifying action plans. Collaborates with provider contractors and network relations reps to meet provider service needs. Encourages providers to act on patient outreach opportunities.

Requires:

BA/BS; 3 years health care experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Provider environment experience preferred

Manhattan location preferred
