Duties & Responsibilities

The Contract Corprorate Recruiter will be responsible for the day to day recruiting efforts for the assigned entity. In addition, this person will be responsible for the following:

* Create the strategies, programs and tools needed to locate, identify and attract qualified candidates in sufficient numbers to meet growth objectives.

* Ensure recruitment process is EEOC/OFFCP compliant, effectively document all steps in the recruiting process, disposition all candidates

* Assist in creating and maintaining a positive employment brand through the use of social media, career fairs, recruitment advertising and college recruiting.

* Establish consultative relationships with hiring managers and executives.

* Participate in manpower forecasting and succession planning, partnering with HR Business Partners in organizational development

* Work closely with senior hiring managers and Discipline Directors to identify their needs and define the capabilities and experience needed for successful hires.

* Full cycle recruiting for ALL disciplines of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Professionals, IT/Telecom, Finance and Human Resources to support the world\'s most challenging Engineering Design/Build Projects. Recruit highly engaged candidates that fit the M+W Group culture.

* Offer Negotiation, offer presentation, and onboarding of candidates/new hires

* Willingness & ability to travel to other regional and project office sites if needed.

* Ad hoc projects as required


* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

* 8+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience. EPC experience is a plus

* High attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable in presenting to senior managers and executives

* Ability to comfortably manage a requisition load of 20 – 25 requisitions

* Knowledge of corporate compliance with regards to recruitment

* Experience in promotion of employment brand.

* Ability to influence hiring managers and executives

* Ability to manage multiple hiring managers and manage conflicts that may arise.

Physical or Mental Requirements:

* Able to travel as necessary, or frequently, by car or airplane with occasional overnight stays required.

* Persons in these positions frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing up to 30 lbs.

* Able to Stand/Sit/Walk up for long periods, up to 8 hours or greater per day.

* Able to operate a motor vehicle and drive a motor vehicle for multiple hour trips.

* Persons holding these positions must have strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
