Customer Support Representative

Our Customer Support Representative will keep our customer base of dental professionals satisfied with their Denticon software experience by answering questions, providing direct guidance, and by escalating bugs and defects to our secondary support teams within a timely manner.
This role is hybrid working 1x per week out of our Akron, OH office.
JOB DUTIES:
- Providing Software Support via phone and ticketing system
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on bugs, defects, and escalations
- Perform software testing for bugs/defects and create documentation within ticketing system
- Keeping product knowledge current with the most recent updates
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills - MS Office, Teams, etc.
- Experience with Zendesk
- Good written and verbal communication
- Customer-facing experience (service/sales/support)
- Friendly personality
- Ability to work independently but also function as part of a team
- Dental/Medical Office experience, PREFERRED
- Practice management software setup/use experience or direct experience with Denticon, PREFERRED
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
