Responsible for the direct supervision of the day-to-day member relations activities of the branch: opening new accounts, processing loan applications, completing loan signings, and account servicing tasks. Along with branch management team, creates branch sales strategies, implements plans, and measures progress to ensure the branch stays on target to achieve its annual growth, profitability, and member service goals. Creates individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to meet or exceed individual sales goals. Provides members with the highest level of member service, conducts member meetings and utilizes consultative selling techniques to uncover members’ needs, offering them credit union products and services to meet their needs. Trains, supports and coaches staff in sales and service and lending processes and procedures to achieve both branch and individual performance goals and to develop skills in product knowledge, sales, and member service; supports staff in all aspects of day-to-day branch operations. Works closely with the branch management team on SEG development, growth, and servicing.
