The “must haves” for this position include:
- 1 year minimum line cook experience
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- 2+ years Line Cooking experience
- Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger, and sauté
- Culinary degree, or equivalent experience
- Serve Safe Certification
- High volume cooking
