The Semper ValensSolutions (SVS) is seeking anIntegrated Logistics Support Managers with Acquisition Logistics experience fora position and placement in Product Manager Radars. Candidate must have a broadunderstanding and working experience with Acquisition Lifecycle LogisticsProgram & Process. Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics experience in a C4ISRprogram office is preferred.

The SVS PdM Radars Technical Services andSupport Team is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill an IntegratedLogistics Support Manager (ILSM) position at PdM Radars, Aberdeen ProvingGrounds, Maryland. The Acquisition ILSM for PdM Radars will provide logisticsand support operations to the Radars program and team worldwide.Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

The Radars Acquisition ILSM candidateselected is an integral team member of the Product Manager Radars programreporting directly to the Logistics Chief and Product Team Lead. The ILSM has abroad range of ILS responsibility covering the full spectrum of LifecycleLogistics support for assigned Radar Systems. The ILSM position requires directcommunication with all Product Teams, Functional Sections, the LRC, RadarUnits, Fielding Coordinators & Fielding/Training Team members, TYAD &other Depots, AMC, HQDA, ASAALT, OEMs and more. The ILSM serves as the SME ILSaction officer to the Logistics Chief and Product Team Leads.

The preferred Radars Acquisitioncandidate has extensive experience working as a member of a team but also canwork independently and is a pro-active, energetic, assertive individual willingto do what is necessary to exceed the PdM Leadership's expectations across thefull ILS support functions for assigned Radar systems. Individual must be aself-starter with the ability to function autonomously, with little or nodirect supervision. Must be able to clearly and accurately communicate (bothverbally and in writing) complex logistics and support concepts. TheAcquisition ILSM must be adept and respectful interacting with the PdM militaryand civilian government leadership team.

* Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)

* Type Classification

* Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP)

* Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP)

* Materiel Fielding Agreements

* Materiel Release

* Maintenance Planning

* Interim Contractor Support (ICS)

* Repair and Return Process

* Spares Support - Essential Repair Parts Support Lists (ERPSL)

* Organic Army Supply and Transportation System

* Item Unique Identification (IUID)

* Modification Work Orders (MWOs)

Logistics Specialists Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and have a minimumof 6 years of relevant Acquisition Integrated Logistics Support experiencesupporting army systems. An Associate's Degree and 8 years of relevantAcquisition Integrated Logistics Support experience supporting military weaponssystems or 12 years of relevant Acquisition Logistics Support experiencesupporting military weapons systems can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

* Must be a US Citizen and possess a SECRET security clearance or have the ability to receive an Interim Secret Clearance

* Must have a fundamental understanding of military organizational dynamics

* Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and use of Government provided procurement and inventory databases
