Job Description

* Develop, implement, and execute organizational policies, processes and procedures that comply with orders and directives.

* Conduct diagnosis, repair, installation, adjustment, calibration, and modification to ground radio, telephone, switchboards, peripheral devices, satellite, and related electronic equipment for organic communication-electronic systems.

* Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services, limited technical inspections, quality assurance, and ensure the accountability of all Principle End Items and ancillary equipment.

* Maintain service records, process maintenance requests, and track and report equipment status.

* Perform technical research, Develop maintenance sustainment plans, New equipment Training (NET), and ensure the operational readiness of assigned equipment.

* Execute responsibilities in fast paced dynamic and demanding work environment under limited supervision.

* Maintain maintenance and service records, process maintenance requests, and track and report equipment status and ensure the operational readiness of assigned equipment.

* Perform technical research, participate in task review, technical manual reviews if required.

* Ensure execution of assigned tasks is completed in accordance with organizational standards and established deadlines in order to achieve maximum equipment availability.

* Experience with Assault Amphibious Vehicles and Light Armored Vehicles is highly recommended.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years related experience.
