Applying for a management position at T.J. Maxx is a very short and simple process. If you already have your resume prepared, it should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete the application.
Before you can apply for a job at T.J. Maxx, you will need to create an account on their hiring website. To create an account, you will need to provide the following pieces of information: your name, address, phone number, email address, an account password, and an answer to a security question.
Once your account is setup, you will have the opportunity to upload your resume. Even though uploading a resume isn’t required, you should treat it like it is. T.J. Maxx does not ask for any of your employment or education history on the application, so they only way that they will be able to learn anything about your unique skills and qualifications will be through your resume.
Once your resume is uploaded, you will only need to answer a few brief multiple choice questions about your management experience. For example, how many associates have you managed? And what is the largest sales volume at one of the stores you’ve managed?
After you answer these brief questions, your application will be complete.
