The Hollister Application Process

The online Hollister job application is short and sweet. If you take the time to prepare your employment history before you start, it should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete.

Before you can apply for a Hollister job online, you will need to contact a hiring manager or recruiter with the company. Their hiring site is password protected, and you will need to have the site password before you'll be able to continue.

Warning: Don't start the application until you have enough time to complete it in a single sitting. If you go idle for more than a few minutes, the application will time out and you will have to start over. Also, if you spend more than 45 minutes on the application, it will time out.

Once you successfully enter the site password, you will need to select the Hollister location where you would like to work. You can search by either the state or mall where you want to work.

From here, you will need to select the position that you're applying for, as well as some basic personal information. You will be asked for your name, phone number, address, social security number, and date that you're available to start working.

After you enter your personal information, you will need to enter the hours you can work each day of the week, as well as your employment history and education. You can list up to three previous jobs in the employment history section. Note: Make sure that you provide accurate dates of employment and addresses.

At the end of the application, you will have the opportunity to select a date for a group interview at the store you've applied to work at. This is a very cool feature, as it's something that not a lot of employers offer.

Background check

By submitting your Hollister job application, you are granting them permission to perform a pre-employment background check. Any employment offers they make are contingent upon you passing this screening.
