The Sonic Application Process

Before you can apply for a job at Sonic, you will need to create an account on their hiring site. To create an account, you will need to provide your name, email address, phone number, social security number, username, and password.

Once your account is setup, it's time to start the actual application. We highly recommend preparing all of the information that you will need before you start the application. Assessment

After you complete the application, you will need to take an assessment. The assessment is very long series of questions (more than 200), and it is designed to help Sonic determine if you would make a good fit for their team.

Even though it may feel like it at times, these are not trick questions, and you should answer them honestly. However, sometimes you might not know exactly how to answer a particular question. What are they trying to learn about you?

As another tip, you should give strong answers as often as possible. Strongly agreeing or strongly disagreeing with a statement is generally better than giving a neutral or weak answer. Remember, Sonic is trying to learn how you definitely feel and what you would definitely do. Not what you might do, or how you might feel. Strong answers will give them a much better idea of the employee that they will be getting.
