The Pizza Hut Application Process

Overview
The Pizza Hut job applications are fairly long, and varies depending on the position you're applying for. You should expect to spend between 30-50 minutes filling it out, so make sure that you don't start until you have a big block of time that you can dedicate to the process. To make the most of your time, you can apply to multiple positions at multiple locations if you wish. So if there are three locations hiring near you and you'd work at any of them, just select each location at the beginning of the job search process. This is a great time-saver, and a welcome addition to the application process. The application is comprised of two major parts, both of which we've outlined for you below.
Part 1: Personal information
The first part of the Pizza Hut job application is designed to collect your personal information (name, address, phone number, work history, education, etc). If you have a LinkedIn or Facebook account and you'd like to connect it with Pizza Hut, they'll go ahead and fill in a lot of the application fields for you. This can save you a lot of time, and is highly recommended (especially if you're using your LinkedIn profile). During this process, you can also upload a resume and cover letter. If you have them prepared already, you should definitely do so. As with all applications, providing as much relevant information as possible can significantly improve your chances of employment. You are also required to provide two references before you can complete this section of the application. The references can be either personal or professional, though we recommend you use professional recommendations if you have them.
Part 2: Assessment
After you enter all of your personal information, Pizza Hut will require you to take an assessment that they will use to determine whether or not you're a good fit for their company. The assessment will take you 20-30 minutes, and includes a long series of questions concerned with your past experience (what did you do when people you worked with got upset), as well as hypothetical questions (what would you do if an event occurred at work). Of course, you should answer the questions honestly, but sometimes the questions are open-ended. You can imagine reacting many different ways depending on the circumstances and policies of your employer. In those cases, think about why they're asking the question they're asking. What could they be trying to learn about you? Additionally, one of the keys to performing well on assessments is to answer strongly. To give you an idea of what we mean, here's an example question: Everybody will steal when the circumstances are right. Now, would you rather hire someone who strongly disagrees with that statement? Or someone who gives a neutral answer?
