We love data so evaluations, assessments, and alignment of impact to our strategic objectives are a must. You'll manage, interpret, and analyze business data to make learning and development recommendations and measure impact.

You'll help with the implementation and evolution of various resources, tools and technology, including our e-Learning platform. Along those lines, learning opportunities and programs will serve individuals and teams across numerous locations (including international), and must be as dynamic, agile, flexible, and relevant as possible to serve just-in-time needs along with building organizational capabilities over time. * Organizational execution against our operating and strategic objectives

* Team satisfaction and wellbeing

* Organizational depth and "bench strength"
