Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance in all the human resource processes by providing administrative, reporting and analytical support to human resources functions. This position will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business results and processes.


* Provides general administrative and office support to the HR department to include monitoring general HR email, maintain filing system.

* Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions through the HR inbox, email or phone. Questions will pertain to recruitment, benefits, payroll, compensation and policies.

* Manage the intranet's directory and Human Resources Section of resource information and forms

* Tracking of Temporary employees hours and expenses for the company

* On a daily basis, responsible for reviewing and monitoring all employee accounts and overdraft accounts based on policies.

* Preparing and distributing team meeting minutes

* Participate with the HR team in the design and development of communications, procedures, events and administration of HR policies.

* Responsible for ensuring HR processes are documented, updated and enforced.

* In collaboration with the HR team, coordinate and organize office operations by setting standards, monitoring compliance with those standards and designing policies for office operations.

* Provides support for materials of a highly confidential nature related to and as designated by the HR Director or manager.

* Inform appropriate HR Staff of any matters that require intervention and or action.

* Recommend process improvements and solutions from established practices and processes.

* Be a part of and contribute on special projects to include merger and acquisition team.

* Reconcile expense reports on a monthly basis.

* Code and process department invoices in a timely manner.

* Complete verification of employment.

* Prepare various reports for management distributions (e.g. overtime, exit survey, turnover).

* Assist in the NMLS Administration process.

* Administers the tuition reimbursement process.



* High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field highly desired.

* A minimum of two (2) years of prior related Human Resources administrative, reporting and analytic working experience required

* Prior office management experience a plus

* Strong understanding of HR processes and data is highly desired

* Ability to demonstrate high level of analytic and data manipulation skills

* Demonstrated ability maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

* Proficiency in Microsoft office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required

* Prior experience working with HRIS systems a plus

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, managing deadlines and timely deliverables
