This is a unique role encompassing multiple marketing disciplines to support our fast growth. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing and executing online/offline regional marketing programs that generate new and accelerate existing opportunities in the UK market. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison with the UK Sales Team as well assist with executing Code42 brand and thought leadership awareness campaigns in the UK.


* Partnering directly with the Code24 UK Sales Teams to develop UK-specific integrated marketing plans that generate sales qualified opportunities and accelerate buying cycles within enterprise and mid-market accounts

* Managing all brand and demand generation marketing campaigns and programs–from webinars and events to strategy formulation to program execution and ROI tracking

* Facilitating the localization of marketing materials, content and collateral for the UK market

* Writing compelling, concise marketing copy for both online and offline vehicles to support programs, promotion, sales and branding tactics

* Managing the creation, production and distribution of direct/indirect and online/offline promotional materials (e.g., e-blasts and registration landing pages)

* Determining core sales tools needs and work with other marketing functions to develop the right tools, programs, training and content.

* Implementing target account marketing programs to support account-based selling

* Collaborating with external agencies to amplify and extend awareness of Code42 brand

* Negotiating with outside vendors, contractors and suppliers

* Assisting with the planning and management of the UK marketing budget

* Performing all other duties and assist in other areas as needed


* 10 years proven experience in B2B marketing (enterprise software, SaaS and information security experience a plus)

* A bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing or communications

* Strong oral/written communication skills

* Ability to create/edit compelling, succinct and error-free marketing materials

* Highly motivated self-starter who knows when to pull the right people into a project

* Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills

* Ability to initiate tasks and work independently with attention to detail

* Knowledge of basic branding concepts

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements

* Strong consultative marketing approach in order to effectively engage with Sales Teams

* Experience with office productivity suites such as Google or Microsoft Office

* Experience working in marketing automation platform or CRM systems–direct experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus

* Must be willing and able to travel on occasion
