Geographic LocationAlexandria, VAEmployment StatusFull TimePosition Funded?YesRequisition Code17:GOV-013 Job ResponsibilitiesDELTA Resources is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to provide executive-level cybersecurity portfolio management support to the Enterprise-Wide Cybersecurity Solutions Steering Group (ESSG) Co-Chair located within the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer's organization. We are looking for someone with a broad understanding of cybersecurity technology and policies, DoD portfolio management and/or Planning, Programming and Budgeting experience. The person will act as an advisor and provide some administrative support to the ESSG Co-Chairs at DoD CIO and United States Cyber Command. The candidate will be responsible for advising the ESSG Co-Chairs; coordinating with ESSG voting members, stakeholders and Service/Agency portfolio managers and budget offices; monitoring status of cybersecurity programs in the ESSG's portfolio, facilitating online and in-person meetings and assisting in the administration of the ESSG's online portals (SharePoint).

Primary Responsibilities:

* Advise the Co-Chair regarding cybersecurity issues of interest to the ESSG and its stakeholders

* Liaison with ESSG Voting Members and Stakeholders

* Collaborate with other members of the ESSG support team and other working group staffs, to include the ESSG Support Staff at USCYBERCOM and other cyber-related governance bodies within OSD, JCS and the Services

* Lead development, coordination and validation of official ESSG products, including, meeting minutes, financial/portfolio analysis and acquisition activity reports

* Schedule and facilitate in-person and online meetings and working groups.

* Keep the ESSG Co-Chairs informed of all activities

* Maintain an understanding of ESSG portfolio programs (e.g., Host Based Security)

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with 10+ Years Applicable Experience

* DoD Action Officer or Executive Officer/Assistant Experience

* Certifications - Security+CE, CISSP, ISSEP, ISSMP, CEH, or GCED or equivalent

* Outstanding Oral Presentation Skills

* Microsoft Office (Must be highly proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint)

* Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

* Advanced / Masters degree in Computer Science / Cyber Security

* PMP certification

* MS SharePoint proficiency

* TS/SCI clearance preferred
