Prepares and/or conducts training programs of a non-technical nature, teaches classes, holds seminars and discussion groups. Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Formulates teaching outline in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs. Responsible for development of e-learning programs. Confers with management, employees and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies. Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works. Facilitates the execution of all training programs. Monitors training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepares budget reports to justify expenditures.
BS or higher
- 10 years of experience with technical requirements
3 Years’ experience in the Intelligence Community
Good oral and written communication skills, with both technical and non-technical.
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment, as needed.
Top Secret security clearance with SCI and Poly
Experience developing and delivering training in the intelligence community
Create and update training documentation
Process Improvement experience
Training for analysts
Familiarity with National Intelligence Programs (NIP); IC and DoD programs.
Ability conduct outreach, develop and maintain professional networks with in the IC.
