CFC has a need for a Manager, Infrastructure Engineering. In this position, you will have the opportunity to direct and manage the Enterprise System environments as well as oversee the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure for corporate strategic initiatives.

As a Manager, Infrastructure Engineering you will:

  • Envision the direction and scope of enterprise systems technology and integrate that vision into the overall information systems goals and objectives

  • Oversee infrastructure delivery for new initiatives through implementation of DevOps methodologies

  • Drive automation of web/middleware configuration, application deployment, and the building of development and production environments

  • Improve enterprise systems effectiveness and efficiency through standardization, repeatability, and reporting

  • Collaboratively develop plans with and provide support to the corporate systems and information systems support group in achieving their goals

  • Build consensus around your vision, taking input from stakeholders, and push for meaningful change for the betterment of the organization

To be successful, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, management or equivalent in experience  

  • 12 years’ experience in information technology, with at least two years of management experience in an infrastructure group

  • Experience with Puppet, Jenkins, Microsoft TFS, Git focused SDLC methodologies

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Middleware, UNIX(Redhat), SAN and NAS storage, relational databases, and web/middleware infrastructure, VMware virtualization

  • Conceptual knowledge of LAN and WAN, load balancers and proxies, network storage, TCP/IP protocols, security practices, and SOX compliance and regulatory requirements
