Sale Representative

Pro Staff is looking for an entry level sale representative for our client in Chicago. This employee will be promoting a variety of business development activities between U.S. and Japanese businesses to help create business alliances in the high value industries. This is direct hire opportunity for candidates that are starting their career in business development and sales. This position is looking to candidates to interview immediate and is starting at 37k/year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares presentations by gathering data
  • Promoting Japanese Business Development
  • Conduct research and providing responses for external inquiries for information
  • Organize seminars, webinars, trade promotion events and business matching events
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in scheduling meetings and other appointments and Making business travel arrangements for other personnel
  • Maintain correspondence with external contacts


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required
  • Experience in an outside sales position is preferred
  • Proficient in English and Japanese language is Preferred
  • Ability to use MS Office; especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to administer and work on several projects at once
  • Ability to research, provide accurate data/statistics and reports
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
