WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Boston, MA; New York, NY

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Help maintain the marketing website through content publishing, potentially light copy writing and collaborating with cross-functional partners to make site enhancements that improve the user experience and meet business needs.
• Support digital marketing efforts like email marketing, content marketing, SEO and paid search
• Manage monthly Marketing performance dashboard and marketing/content calendars
• Monitor and analyze industry and competitive trends and present findings/competitive alerts to wider team
• Coordinate Compliance and Legal reviews of marketing materials, prep assets for review and manage review process
• Audit marketing collateral like brochures and forms to ensure they’re up to date with product updates. Manage process to ensure updates are made accordingly and on time.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders and senior management

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Exhibits time management, planning, and organizational skills; easily shifts priorities when circumstances change
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Pardot preferred
• Experienced with creating and publishing web content like a website or blog preferred
• Marketing, business or advertising degree required
• If still in school, candidate has intern experience in a marketing capacity
