Leidos is the prime contractor for a number of training and simulation systems developed in partnership with NSWC Carderock and used throughout the US Navy. The first deployment of our largest system---the Submarine Multi-Mission Team Trainer (SMMTT), at the Norfolk Naval Base was a major Navy event, covered by the Navy News. Good Morning America subsequently stopped by to film. The Navy News reported the following customer comments regarding SMMTT.

* There is no other trainer like this in the world. The modeling and the fidelity are unmatched. Our submariners deserve it.- -This is a quantum leap in being able to make the [training] system realistic.- -The technology that backs this system up is head and shoulders above anything we have ever seen before.-

This same simulation technology is now being used to support surface and surveillance acoustic training while continuing to expand our presence in submarine training.
