Job Scope

Your Mission

The Demand Planner Manager position is a direct report to the Molecular business Director, Operations and serve in a people leadership role. The Demand Planner Manager will provide business intelligence to ensure that demand forecast meets the operational and financial needs of the business.

Bachelor's Degree

Specialization

Education related to project management, supply chain, logistics & materials management

Experience

* Manage all aspects of accounting; billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and special financial analysis projects as needed

* Manage the Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP compliance program including the development of financial reporting controls, maintenance of all required documentation, review of quarterly and annual control testing, and reporting quarterly and annual results to executive management, external auditors and the Audit Committee, as appropriate

* Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close function along with financial reports to senior management

* Provide a leadership and visionary role on behalf of Operations to all staff and departments

Technical Competencies

* SAP ERP system experience highly preferred

* Knowledge of fabrication and assembly processing operations, IVD and Lab Services industry preferred

* Knowledge of MRPII techniques and ERP system

Skills

* MRPII techniques and ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)

* Expert skill level with MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications

* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

* Good math skills including statistics

* Excellent interpersonal skills

Languages

Fluent spoken and written English

Domestic USA candidates only eligible to work in the U.S.

Training Required

Certifications and training related to supply chain, project management, logistics and/or materials management such as APICS, CPSM, CPSD are helpful certs
