POSITION OVERVIEW:The Senior Manager, Social Media is responsible for managing the social media strategy, content and audience to increase engagement, and grow brand awareness and affinity across all social media platforms. Additionally the Senior Manager will be key in partnering with the key regions on their local market activations, ensuring alignment and synergies with the larger business and promotional needs.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Manager with a proven track record of performance-driving results. You are a pro at thoughtfully integrating social media into larger business objectives and thrive on evolving social strategies based on what the data tells you.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Most frequent duties in order of importance)Social Media

* Architect and continuously evolve a social media strategy that grows philosophy's brand affinity, engagement, reach, audience — and ultimately, sales conversion.

* Act as a social media advocate across the company, ensuring social is thoughtfully factored into partnerships, experiences, campaigns, and products.

* Partner closely with U.S. and Global Marketing to guide the holistic social media social strategy and impact paid performance.

* Define organic social media budget to amplify content, garner engagement, and continuously grow philosophy's reach. Measure and report on performance.

* Lead the analysis of philosophy's qualitative and quantitative social data — identify and implement software tools, review target audience performance and strategize new targeting tactics, recommend content optimizations across the marketing organization.

* Cultivate and introduce the brand to new and emerging social talent – in-turn engaging new audiences and customers

* Supervise, develop, coach and mentor subordinates

QUALIFICATIONS (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)AND EXPERIENCE:

* 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Communications or Related Field

* 9+ years of Public Relations and/or related experience
