Software Asset Administrator

The Software Asset Administrator will deliver administrative support to the Desktop Support Supervisor


* Perform procurement duties

* Assist in the creation and maintenance of license tracking (desktop and server)

* Track software licenses (either manually or through the use of multiple tracking tools)

* Interact with vendors, follow procedures and maintain accurate records

* Interact with all business groups and personnel

* Provide monthly reporting

* Assist in audit reporting

* Provide Project assistance when required

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned


* Strong analytical skills a must

* Knowledge of MS and IBM licensing a PLUS

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent PC skills

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel

* Strong ability to work well with others and take direction

* Strong ability to work independently

* Ability to read and understand software contract language

* Basic knowledge of SCCM

* Flexibility with work hours
