The Coordinator of Community Standards will have primary responsibility for all student conduct functions including enforcement of general, academic and residential conduct policies, case processing and resolution, administration and tracking of disciplinary sanctions, and supervision of general office operations. In addition to supporting recruitment, training, and advising of the University Hearing Authorities, the Coordinator will augment campus learning through targeted programming related to civility, conflict management, and ethical decision-making, linking these efforts to other Living/Learning experiences for students. The Coordinator also has responsibility for developing and advising the student peer mediation team and administering its integration with the university conduct/conflict resolution process. The Coordinator of Community Standards and reports to the Assistant Director for Community Standards.
