The Manager, Talent Acquisition assists the Director of Human resources in the development and implementation of the College's talent acquisition plan. Primary responsibilities include the development of qualified and diverse applicant pools for faculty and staff positions, and building the College's employer brand within the local area. This position promotes a client-centered approach in partnering with various hiring managers, search committees and departments throughout the College, and managing HR recruitment services to support the attainment of departmental goals and objectives. The Manager supervises a team of recruiters, while directly responsible for the recruitment of exempt-level professional staff.
