Cook II 40 Hours

Assists with the preparation of food, preparing some items independently. Assembles patient trays according to selected menus, approved recipes and production sheets.High school education or equivalent, basic math skills, ability to communicate clearly in English. Previous cooking experience with the ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment and tolerate lifting up to 30 pounds. Long term standing and basic keyboarding skills are strongly preferred.
