Position Information

Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking energetic Seasonal human Resources Administrative Support to work with our Human Resources team in Frazeysburg, OH. We are looking for detail-oriented team members to provide front line support to our employees regarding timecards, product availability/description, and resolve any emerging questions or problems that our Fans might face. Fan Advocates are responsible for handling merchandise order calls, emails, and chats requiring verbal and written communications.

Shift Structure

* 0 Hour Shifts: Sunday through Wednesday, Wednesday through Saturday, or Weekends


Seasonal Fanatics Associates are entitled to benefits such as approved time off; holiday pay; and company discounts, during the terms of employment. Conversion opportunities for Full Time positions may be available based on business need.


* Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems

* Daily maintenance of HRIS systems: entering new employees, auditing data, and updating employee information, Benefits Enrollments, etc.

* Completing and distributing daily and weekly reports to Fulfillment Center (FC) managers and corporate office

* Assist with benefits, orientation, and general questions

* Assist Staffing Team, as necessary with new hire orientations and onboarding

* Assist with administrative portion of new-hire orientation to include I9s, data entry and reporting

* Liaison with department managers and security for administration of badging process for building access and timekeeping

* Organize all HR department records, employment files and maintains operation of office equipment

* Conduct investigative interviews when employee relations concerns are brought forward

* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues

* Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience

* Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

* Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.

* All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access

* Previous experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS

* 3+ years' exposure to the human resources functions

* Flexibility to work overtime as needed

* High School diploma
